Jonathan joined Zencos in 2016 and has over ten years of SAS support and administration experience in the healthcare, financial, and clinical research industries. He is driven by the desire for continual learning and creative problem-solving. Jonathan uses his skill set to work closely with customers providing administrative support for ongoing projects in numerous environments.
His strengths include delivering expert-level SAS platform security management, SAS applications and underlying infrastructure support (OS, Storage, SAS 9.2/SAS9.3/SAS9.4EBI Applications, Web and Database), debugging, backups, change management, high availability and tuning. He works to ensure processes align with tactical and strategic information management initiatives. In addition to his consulting work, Jonathan has also produced papers for SAS Global Forum and SESUG.
Jonathan received an MBA from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Technologies Management with a minor in Psychology from Bob Jones University.
